Terms of Service

1. Introduction

CLB FUND (clbfund.com) is a software service that helps teams manage their funds, expenses, attendance and notifications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms below.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity in your account.
• Team administrators (treasurers) are responsible for inviting members and for the data their team enters.

3. Scope of the service

• CLB FUND is a record-keeping and reconciliation tool. We do not hold money, do not process payments and are not a payment intermediary; money moves directly between members and the team's bank account.
• AI reconciliation results are suggestions only. The team administrator makes the final decision to approve or reject a payment.
• The service must not be used for betting, gambling or any unlawful activity.

4. Your data

Data a team enters belongs to that team. How we collect and process data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

The service is free during the beta. We will give at least 30 days' notice before introducing any fees.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
