Why we built CLB FUND
In Vietnam, most amateur football clubs collect dues by bank transfer. Members post screenshots in a group chat, and the treasurer opens each one, checks the amount and note, and records it by hand.
CLB FUND brings dues collection, the fund ledger and match attendance into one app, so every member can see a transparent balance and treasurers no longer have to chase payments.
How we use Claude
- When a member uploads a transfer screenshot, Anthropic's Claude reads the amount, transfer note, time and bank.
- Our code checks the result against the member's payment code and amount due, then suggests whether the treasurer should approve or take a closer look.
- AI only makes suggestions; the treasurer always makes the final call. Data sent through the API is not used to train models.
